Hotel Cerretani Firenze - Mgallery Collection, Florence

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were beautifully furnished, clean, and spacious, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to walk over my suitcase on the floor all the time. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Stefani and Tewfiq who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas of the city. The dining options were decent, though a bit pricey compared to local breakfast spots nearby.

The hotel had incredibly spacious, modern, and lovely rooms that made our stay great. However, the room was very small with no view from the window, not even enough room for a comfortable chair to sit on. The service was very nice and helpful, with attentive, kind, and professional staff. The location was perfect to explore Florence, only a few meters from Santa Maria Del Fiore, but separated by construction blocking the roads. The dining experience was value for money but somewhat limited in options. The hotel offers convenient options if you don't like street food early in the morning.

The hotel room had all that we needed for a perfect stay—unlimited still and sparkling water in glass bottles, a welcome biscotti, Nespresso machine, WiFi, and ambient lighting. The room, although somewhat small, was VERY clean and comfortable, with huge comfy beds. The bathroom was a highlight; however, the view was on some staircase.

My stay at the hotel was overall very enjoyable. The rooms at the back of the property were very up to date and comfortable, although the room at the front was a bit small for 2 people, making it difficult to walk around the bed. The service was excellent, with the staff being very helpful in arranging dinner and pointing out attractions. The location was unbeatable for tourists, just steps away from the Duomo area and within walking distance to most sites. The dining experience was fantastic, with excellent choices of both Italian delicacies and international cuisine. The facilities were top-notch, offering a range of amenities to make my stay convenient.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, walkable to all major points of interest in Florence and close to the train station. The rooms were clean, but the air conditioning situation was a bit difficult to manage. The service was exceptional, especially during breakfast with the super nice and helpful staff like Soulayman. The dining options were good with a wide array of foods available. The only downside was the room service experience which was to be avoided.
